Elementary Content Developer (Part-Time, Remote)
We are currently hiring several part-time Elementary Content Developers. This role requires expertise in acquiring and producing reading-related K-8 educational content. Candidates must be a former or current elementary school teacher or reading specialist. Familiarity with widely used oral reading instruments such as DIBELS, AIMSWeb, or DRA2 is a huge plus. Please note as well whether you have Spanish language skills.
Community Manager (Full-Time, San Francisco)
We are looking for someone to lead our growing community of students, teachers, and schools. Candidates must have at least two years' experience teaching reading in English as a K-3 teacher or reading specialist and be passionate about our mission of using technology to accelerate literacy acquisition. On a day-to-day basis, we are looking for someone eager to support and communicate with our school and district customers by phone, email, and occasional in-person visits to ensure their success. Often, we would rely on your expertise in literacy development to interpret customer feedback for our product team.
Software Engineer (Full-Time, San Francisco)
Elementary education is one of the last frontiers to be redefined by technology; Literably is digitizing a widespread set of paper-and-pencil assessment procedures that trace their lineage to the 1970s. We are looking for strong web and iOS engineers with empathy for our users and an agreement with our mission. No experience with elementary education is expected or required.
